[ShopeeFood Merchant] Why is there Wallet Adjustment in my transaction?

Do take note, if there is any refund to the buyer due to
missing item/wrong order or damage order, it may result in a deduction in payment in your wallet.

However, not to worry, The Customer Service Team will reach out to the outlet prior to this via call and email to validate the buyer's claim. 

If you would like to dispute the deduction, you may revert back to us via the email we forwarded to you or reach out to us via ‘Contact Us’ options below within 7 days of the wallet adjustments.
